Journal of Diabetes Care & Endocrinology of Diabetes Care & Developments is a, peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the researchers, scientists, diabetes educators, and other experts engaged in diabetic. Diabetes and Endocrine system- The Diabetes is a main Disorder of the endocrine system that produces and releases hormone which is responsible to control many important body functions. Diabetes represents problem with insulin, which is a hormone mainly important in regulating blood glucose levels.

In type 1 diabetes, the body is incapable of producing insulin; this condition is called as Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus" (IDDM) or "juvenile diabetes. The type 2 diabetes is an insulin resistance condition, in which body either produces too little insulin or doesn’t use it properly. Endocrinologists is one who provides medical management to you by prescribing insulin and/or medications, offering diet plans and helping you to keep a close watch on your blood glucose levels.

Journal of Diabetes covers scientific and clinical aspects of diabetes technology including blood glucose monitoring, Insulin resistance and metabolic peptide delivery, the artificial pancreas, Retinopathy, digital health, social media, tools and software for modeling, physiologic monitoring, technology for managing obesity and diagnostic tests of glycation.

The Journal also covers both medical care and clinical applications of technologies being developed to help people with diabetes and other endocrine disorder.
