Bio:

Dr. Rushikesh Sable is a Postdoctoral fellow at National Cancer Institute (NCI) at Bethesda, he has done with Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Louisiana at Monroe and Masters of Pharmacy from University of Pune, India. He is expertise in mouse bone marrow macrophages extraction, polarization, tissue digestion to separate immune cells and bioanalytical methods including, Flow Cytometry, RTPCR, Confocal microscopy, HPLC, Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), Circular Dichroism, and Mass Spectrometry, and also statistical data analysis by SAS software. He has been received with many honors & awards and published more than five articles. He was a Research/Teaching Assistant at University of Louisiana at Monroe, LA. Worked as a Research Associate in Formulation R&D- IPCA Laboratories Ltd. (India) and Formulation R&D- Flamingo Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (India) also have the experience in working in an industrial setting. His current work is mainly focused on designing of peptides for immunomodulation of Tumor Associated Macrophages (TAM’s), having application in pancreatic cancer condition.
