Dr. Lori Andersen Spruance, PhD is an assistant professor at Brigham Young University in the Department of Health Science, USA. Dr. Spruance’s primarily researchers in childhood obesity prevention and has worked on projects related to the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs in the United States, Safe Routes to School, and school-based salad bars. She holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Utah State University in Health Education and Physical Education, a Master of Education degree from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada in Health Promotion, and she earned her doctorate from the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
